With the current version, there is a new CRM module called “Distribution List”. This module makes it very flexible to compile lists of people that can then be used for marketing activities or other purposes.
As already known from the campaign module, content can be added from list views, reports or as single contact. But beyond that, one can also assemble a combined distribution list from existing distribution list.
For example, you could create a distribution list with all persons from the postcode area 1xxxx and a distribution list with all persons from the postcode area 8xxxx and then a combined distribution list with all persons from the postcode area 1xxx AND 8xxxx.
E-mails can be sent directly from a distribution list. The composition of contacts can also be exported to:
- Mailchimp Modul
- CleverReach Module
- Campaigns
This is supplemented by a powerful search function and sorting functions within the list of contacts.
