You may connect the CRM with other applications like ERP or Accounting Systems, Websites or other. Ypu may also use your own program to read, create or change CRM data. Starting with the CRM version 25.4.0.61 the possibilities for such a communication are extended. If you plan to use CRM data outside the CRM system look up the new documentation and sample program code.
