crm-now offers additional CRM modules at the Extension installer menu as shown in figure: Extension Installer - List View. The list of available extensions will increase over time. You may install these extensions yourself if you think the functionality offered could be useful for your business. Before you decide to install an extension we suggest that you check the functionality at a CRM demo provided by crm-now at their Internet home page. We also suggest to read the documentation provided with each extension.
Table 4.10. Extension Installer Menu Items
| Extension Name : | This is the name of an extension. |
| Version: | This is the actual version number of the extension. If crm-now provides a new version it will be listed as NEW and you may update your existing module. |
| since CRM version: | This is the CRM version number on which the extension was introduced. You may compare it to the version number displayed at the lower left corner of any CRM menu. |
| Category : | The category information is for your orientation. |
| Description : | This is a short description of the extension purpose. You may refer to the extension documentation for further information. |
| Status: | install: The module can get installed by you. installed: The module has been installed. update: A new version of the module is available for installation. incompatible: The module cannot get installed |
To install an extension click the name of the extension. The extension Detail View opens and provides further information about the extension, the documentation and a price. Click the appropriate button to install the extension and follow the instructions given in the menu.
If you do not want to use an installed extension anymore you may disable an extension at the Module Manager menu.
